Electric.
Average number of days of precipitation and rainfall amounts are based on NOAA and NWS recorded information from January 1, 1996 to November 30, 2018.
This table is to be used as a basis for calculation of EXCESS rain or weather days with durations in calendar days. If the site records indicate the Contractor was unable to perform
specific operations due to the weather and those operations were shown to be “Critical Path Items”, it is counted as a weather day. If the number of weather days EXCEEDS the number
of average precipitation days for the Calendar month the weather day(s) occur(s) in, the contract time will be adjusted by Change Order.
