The following are Questions to Answers received through November 6, 2019.
Q1: What is the estimated cost range?
A1: The estimated cost is stated on the following line items; The estimated 5
year cost for Group #5, AWWA C303 & C301 Concrete Water Pipe
Fittings, Line Item 311, is $471,000. The estimated 5 year cost for Group
#6, AWWA C200 Steel Water Pipe & Fittings, Line Item 312, is $584,000.
The estimated 5 year cost for Group #7, Parts for Emergency Service,
Line Item 337, is $250,000. The estimated 5 year cost for Group #8, Parts
for Emergency Service, Line Item 343, is $125,000. The estimated 5 year
cost for Group #9, Parts for Tapping and Line Stop Emergency Leak
Repair, Line Item 349, is $500,000.
Q2: Due to the amount of work required to develop the documents and pricing
for RFP 7195 Large Diameter Pipe bid, we respectfully request a 28 day
extension to the bid due date.
A2: The Bid Opening date of November 14, 2019 will remain the same and will
not be extended.
