The following are changes to the RFP:

Testing and Quality Control: Deleted this paragraph – Owner to perform all testing.
ATTRIBUTE 55 Acknowledgement
Deleted this paragraph:
Work shall start at the project site within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed.
Substantially complete Phase I in (300) consecutive calendar days from date of Official Notice to Proceed.
Final completion for Phase I in (45) consecutive calendar days from the date of Phase I Substantial Completion.

Flushing Truck Storage
Work shall start at the project site within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed.
Substantially complete in (165) consecutive calendar days from date of Official Notice to Proceed.
Final Completion in (30) consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.

Work shall start at the project site within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed.
Substantially complete in (240) consecutive calendar days from date of Official Notice to Proceed.
Final Completion in (45) consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
Fleet 12 Bay Expansion
Work shall start at the project site within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed.
Substantially complete in (330) consecutive calendar days from date of Official Notice to Proceed.
Final Completion in (45) consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
Combination Award of all three projects
The individual Contract Times shown above will apply.
Bond Clarifications
Bid Bonds – NOT required for the Flushing Truck but are required for 651 and Fleet.
Payment and Performance Bonds - required for all.
Bid Line Item Clarifications – Combine Service Bay Expansion and Flush Truck Storage (Combine Lines 2-3 and Lines 4-5)
Line 2 – Service Bay Expansion to the Fleet Services Facilities and Expansion of the Flush Truck Storage Building.
Delete Bid Line Items 4 & 5.
Renumber other bid items.
Bid Line Item: Added the option to provide discounts/incentives for multiple section awards.
Offered discounts must reflect new total price not proposed discount.
For example:
Do = new total $50,000
Don’t = 5% discount
Don’t = $10 discount
Total Dollars for Renovation of 651 Mayhill if Awarded both project (Renovation of 651 Mayhill and Fleet/Flush Expansions)
Total Dollars for Fleet Service Bay and Flush Truck Expansions if Awarded both project (Fleet/Flush Expansions and Renovation of 651 Mayhill)
