A NEW SERVICE FACILITY EXPANSION

1.1 GENERAL:
A. This addendum consisting of 2 pages supersedes plans and information dated September 16,
2019.
B. This is the SECOND ADDENDUM issued modifying the technical plans and specifications for this
project.
C. This addendum is issued to:
1. Correct Table of Contents references.
2. Revise the Asphalt Paving Cross Section A-A on Sheet C1.
3. Change the specified roofing system in both the plans and specifications.
2.1 SPECIFICATIONS:
A. Delete the references to the following specifications from the Table of Contents:
a. 01096 TAS and ADA Guidelines
b. 07530 Fully Adhered Multi-Ply Roofing Systems
c. 07600 Misc. Accessories for Fully Adhered Multi-ply Roofing Systems
d. 11003 Equipment by Contractor installed by Contractor
B. Correct the typo in the Table of Contents
a. Section 02110 Allowances should read 01210 Allowances.
C. Insert the following new specification sections into the project manual:
a. Section 01210 Allowances
b. Section 07530 Coal Tar Elastomeric Roofing Systems.
c. Section 07600 Sheet Metal and Miscellaneous Accessories.

2.2 DRAWINGS:
A. Revise the following detail found on Sheet C1 as indicated below.
B. Refer to Sheet A 2.3 Roof Plan.
a. Revise all references to a Modified Bitumen Roof to read as “Coal Tar Elastomeric Roof”.
b. The attached roof details identified as Hyload Roof Details, Addendum #2 will be used as
required for the installation of the revised specified roof system indicated in Section 07530.
