Please accept this letter as notification of our intent to acquire one (1) Peterbilt 348 chassis with
associated hoist and emergency generators as quoted on BuyBoard Contract number 601-19. The
anticipated approval date by City Council is June 23rd, 2020. This letter is legally non-binding, as City
staff cannot commit the City of Denton until the Denton City Council has officially acted to award the
contract, in accordance with Local Government Code 252. Expediting the delivery of this equipment
would be much appreciated.
