Thompson December 18th, 2019 To Our Valued Customers: As a result of recent cost adjustments passed to us by our suppliers, please be advised of new list price sheets below which will take effect on January 3, 2020 for the following product groups: DOMESTIC LEAD FREE BRASS THREADED FITTINGS (LBRTF 120) List Price LBRTF 120 will supersede our previous price sheet LBRTF 511. This increase which applies to 125 LB and 250 LB Fittings and 150 LB and 300 LB Threaded Companion Flanges is variable in nature with the vast majority of items increasing either 15% or 20% with a few select exceptions being increased at a higher rate. Also, please note that certain items from our former list price sheet designated POA will now have list prices populated on our new sheet however are subject to minimum order quantities and/or set up fees should on- hand stock not be available. This is a list price adjustment only; current discount multipliers will not be affected. DUCTILE IRON BACKUP FLANGES (DCI 120) List Price Sheet DCI 120 will supersede our previous sheet DCI 619. This increase reflects a uniform 12.25% adjustment. This is a list price adjustment only; current discount multipliers will not be affected. The Excel version of DCI 120 is available at www.meritbrass.com/pricesheets. The Excel version of LBRTF 120 will be available by December 23rd, 2019 at www.meritbrass.com/pricesheets. Existing backorders will be honored at current pricing. Orders placed between December 18th 2019 and January 2nd, 2020 are subject to quantity limitations based on inventory levels and historical demand patterns. We will not be accepting any new backorders at old pricing during this time frame. Backordered items must be resubmitted on new purchase orders using the new price lists that will be in effect on January 3rd, 2020.
