LEXISNEXIS RISK SOLUTIONS FL INC.
This Amendment Number 1 to Contract Number DIR-LGL-CALIR-01B ("Contract") is between the
Department of Information Resources ("DIR") and LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc ("Vendor"). DIR
and Vendor agree to modify the terms and conditions of the Contract as follows:
1.Contract, Section 5. Notification, is hereby amended to revise the DIR Contact information as
follows:

2.Appendix A, Standard Terms and Conditions. dated 11/16/16, is hereby replaced in entirety
with Appendix A Standard Terms and Conditions dated 9/29/17 per Amendment 1. Due to the
contract type for subscription services, no administrative fees will be charged under this
contract.
3.Appendix C, Pricing Index, is hereby replaced in entirety with Appendix C Pricing Index per
Amendment 1 dated April 1, 2018 per Amendment 1.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract as amended, not specifically modified herein, shall remain
in full force and effect. In the event of conflict among the provisions, the order of precedence shall be this
Amendment Number 1 and then the Contract.
