TCEQ Annual Report
Dear Mr. Boerner:
As recently requested, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. (Parkhill) prepared this scope of services
and engineering fee for assisting the City of Denton with the 2020 Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Annual Report.
Project Understanding
• City will provide the 3D model of the existing topography.
• City will provide the waste quantity received and disposed during the 2020 fiscal year.
• Parkhill will prepare landfill capacity assessment.
• Parkhill will calculate volume of airspace consumed between surveys using AutoCAD Civil
3D.
• Parkhill will calculate compaction and waste acceptance rates based on 2020 annual
waste acceptance.
• Parkhill will determine projected life of landfill.
Fee Estimate
The proposed contract shall be for a fee $2,500.00 on lump sum basis.
