ADDENDUM #3
The following are changes and clarifications to the specification sheet:
• Changes to Specification Book – Pages 205-209. Updated version
has been provided. Original Specifications Book accidently
referenced an out of date table of contents. Addendum 3 corrected
this error. Updated Specifications also shows that no appendixes for
GC4-06 "Hazardous Environmental Condition at Site", GC4-04
"Underground Facilities", GC4-01 "Availability of Lands", or GC6-09
"Permits and Utilities" is provided. Please note that not all sections
are applicable to the work requested in this solicitation.
• A permit from Development services is needed, and it will be
provided by the City to the winning contractor.
• The contractor is responsible for providing the materials for the metal
commercial ramps and the bike racks as well as the installation.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
