Scope of Work
North Lakes Public Recycling Drop-off Station
RFP #7431
The scope of work shall be finalized upon the selection of the Firm. The respondent’s submission
shall have accurately described your understanding of the objectives and scope of the requested
products and services and provided an outline of your process to implement the requirements of the
Scope of Work and Services. It is anticipated that the scope of work will include, at a minimum,
the following:
A. PURPOSE
The City of Denton Solid Waste & Recycling Department is seeking a firm to execute per the
professional engineered design plans the construction of the North Lakes Public Recycling Drop-
off Station.
B. SUBMISSIONS
Additional information clarifying the respondent’s proposal shall be attached to their submission.
Pricing must include all costs as detailed in this specification including the necessary shipping
and processing required. Any special fees or commissions, pick up feels, etcetera must be
included in the quoted price. Item pricing shall be mutually exclusive; thus, the City of Denton
reserves the right to choose the best valued item from different vendors.
C. GENERAL REQUIEMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Any responding firm must demonstrate its capabilities and relevant experience necessary to
handle all aspects of the project. Respondents must comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws
and regulations.
The respondent must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity. The
Respondent should state their understanding of the objectives and scope of the requested
construction project they plan to execute. The Respondent should discuss their vision of the project
and how they envision the working relationship with the City of Denton. The respondent shall
follow all City of Denton Development procedures
