ADDENDUM #2
The following are changes to the specification sheet:
1. Changes to unit price form (00 42 43). Attached new form
“ADDENDUM 2 – 7460 – Unit Price Form (00 42 43)” must be used
and submitted with bid proposal.
2. As directed by Mr. Frank Pugsley, Deputy Director, Water and
Wastewater:
a. Refer to the cover sheet of the plans
b. Refer to the Project Manual -NCTCOG 4th Addition Amendments, Item
501.7 Ductile Iron Pressure Pipe (page 8 of 25; page 214 of the project
manual)
Clarification/Change by the City: “Ductile iron Pipe shall have a zinc
exterior coating (ISO 8179-1) and be exterior corrosion protected
using 8 mil thick “V-bio” Enhanced polyethylene encasement
(AWWA C105/A21.5)”. Apply this change to all occurrences in the
Construction Plans and Project Manual.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
