For the 10/1/2020-21 Property Renewal, the incumbent, AFM, provided the most competitive
option. Being the incumbent, they understand the risk well and provided a reasonable renewal
quote.
Lockton recommends the City renew its Property Insurance with AFM for a total annual premium of
$493,791, including taxes and fees.
