Vehicle Washing Scope of WorkRFP 7487 VEHICLE PRESSURE WASHER SERVICES
SCOPE OF WORK - STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Vendor/contractor will provide heated, pressure washing equipment supplies for
cleaning of City fleet vehicles, construction and specialty equipment and maintenance
services for the customer owned pressure washer.
Customer owned system specifications:
• Hotsy Model 982SS Stationary hot water pressure washer
• Natural Gas Heated
• 3.9 GPM
• 2,000 PSI
• Electric 230VAC
• Overhead trolley system for hose above wash bay
Required services:
• Scheduled quarterly pressure washer equipment inspection and service
• Supply of vehicle fleet wash product
• Monthly monitoring and replenishment of bulk fleet wash product
Vendor/contractor shall have the capability to respond to requests for service and repair
as needed to keep the washer fully functional during normal daylight hours.
Vendor/contractor shall be responsible for monitoring bulk fleet wash product levels and
replenishing as required.
Vendor/contractor shall be responsible to immediately repair or replace equipment or
component determined to be in poor operational condition at time of inspection.
Vendor/contractor’s equipment and services are to be compliant with all Federal, State,
OSHA, and Local applicable regulatory requirements. All cleaning chemicals should be
bio-degradable, environmental friendly, and safe to all user’s health and well-being.
