City’s formal solicitation process.

engineering firms on March 6, 2018 (Ordinance

Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation,
authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Freese and Nichols,
Inc., for engineering-related on-call professional services, as set forth in the contract; providing for the expenditure of
funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 6590-100 –Professional Services Agreement for engineering on-call
services awarded to Freese and Nichols, Inc., in the three (3) year not-to-exceed amount of $3,031,783.00).
