Fuel Island Repair Scope of WorkFile 7502 RFP SCOPE OF WORK - STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS Vendor/contractor will provide maintenance and repair services for the City’s two (2) fueling sites. The city purchases, dispenses and tracks more than 1 million gallons of liquid fuel annually supporting a fleet of more than 1,200 units. Services are performed on-site within the Denton City Limits. Fuel site information: • 804 Texas Street Denton location (Service Center) o One (1) 20,000 gallon Unleaded underground storage tank/pump o One (1) 20,000 gallon Diesel underground storage tank/pump o Two (2) Gasboy Unleaded dispensers, two hoses each o Two (2) Gasboy Diesel dispensers, two hoses each • 1527 South Mayhill Street Denton location (Solid Waste Landfill) o One (1) 12,500 E85 underground storage tank w/pump o One (2) 12,500 gallon Unleaded underground storage tanks w/pumps o Two (2) 20,000 gallon Diesel underground storage tanks w/pumps o Three (3) Diesel dispensers, two hoses each o One (1) Unleaded/E85 dispenser, two hoses o One (1) overhead fill rack dispenser Maintenance and repair should include but is not limited to: • Preventative Maintenance • Diagnostics • Repair services • Replacement of standard wear items such as filters, hoses and fittings • Pump repair • Dispenser repair • Quarterly inspections/service • Annual testing per TCEQ regulations • Tank monitor (Veeder Root) system repair • Vapor recovery system repair Vendor/contractor shall be responsible for providing an appropriate level of field service (truck/technicians) to respond to requests for service within 24 hrs. Vendor/contractor shall be responsible for providing a field service truck with appropriate tools and equipment necessary to support all aspects of fueling equipment inspection, maintenance, repair as outlined above in the scope of work. Vendor/contractor shall be responsible for providing fully trained technicians to perform on site work. Vendor/contractor’s equipment, services and technicians are to comply with all Federal, State, OSHA, and Local applicable regulatory requirements.
