WHEREAS, the City deems it necessary to further expand the services provided by Consultant to the City pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and to provide an additional not-to-exceed amount $3,313 with this Amendment for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $153,313; and FURTHERMORE, the City deems it necessary to further expand the goods/services provided by Consultant to the City; NOW THEREFORE, the City and Consultant (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”), in consideration of their mutual promises and covenants, as well as for other good and valuable considerations, do hereby AGREE to the following Amendment, which amends the following terms and conditions of the said Agreement, to wit: 1. The additional services described in Exhibit “A” of this Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, for professional services related to Engineering Services for Airport, are hereby authorized to be performed by Consultant. For and in consideration of the additional services to be performed by Consultant, the City agrees to pay, based on the cost estimate detail attached as Exhibit “A”, a total fee, including reimbursement for non-labor expenses an amount not to exceed $3,313. 2. This Amendment modifies the Agreement amount to provide an additional $3,313 for the additional services with a revised aggregate not to exceed total of $153,313. (KSA) is pleased to present this letter to serve as our proposal to provide engineering services associated with the above-referenced project. The following is a general description of the project scope of work to be performed under this proposal. KSA understands that the Denton Enterprise Airport (Airport) intends to update their SPCC plan and SWPPP per the updated Multi-Sector General Permit No. TXR050000 and changes in onsite tenants. KSA will update these plans to reflect changes at the Airport since the last plan update. These revisions will also allow the airport to update their plans in-house moving forward for minor changes at the airport. Scope of Services KSA proposes to provide services for the scoped improvements, in a single phase. Services will include: 1. Update of SPCC 2. Update of SWPPP 3. Update of Exhibits Deliverables will include One (1) set of bound documents, a PDF of the plans, and an electronic set of the documents that can be edited. This proposal assumes that electronic files of all existing documents will be utilized and that the Airport will provide necessary tenant information and oil/oil product storage information. Services related to permit application/renewals are excluded from this scope of services. Compensation We propose to perform the services described for the lump sum fee of $7,830.00. A Man-hour Projection for Engineering Services is attached to this proposal. Schedule We propose to perform the Design Phase in accordance with the following schedule: Design Phase 4 weeks from Contract Execution The schedule above does not include review time or information procurement time from the Airport.
