ADDENDUM #3:
The following are changes to the specification sheet:
Revise section XII.JJ.1 Surface Rock Removal to read - This item
shall include removing approximately 6 inches depth of surface rock
and disposing of the surface rock at the City landfill.
The erosion control mat referenced in X11.L Hydromulch shall be
North American Green P550 or approved equivalent. Stakes or
staples (minimum 3.75 staples per square yard) will be used to hold
the erosion control mat in place. Pricing for this item shall be square
yard of erosion control mat and materials, equipment, and labor to
install.
Examples of details for pricing sheet site preparation items 5, 7, 10,
and 70 thru 76 from previous DME projects are shown in attached
drawings.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
