Revised Section 00 42 44 -Unit Price Proposal Form attached to this Addendum. Discrepancies have been resolved for the following: a. Item #13 – Concrete Pavement (12”), correct Qty is 4380 SY b. Item #14 – Concrete Curb and Gutter, correct Qty is 46 LF c. Item #16 – Concrete Flume (5’), correct Qty is 13 SY 2. Plan sheet 3 revised and attached to this Addendum to address the changes in quantity for the Concrete Pavement, Concrete Curb & Gutter, and Concrete Flume items. 3. Plan sheet 4 revised and attached to this Addendum to identify the changes in quantity call outs for the Concrete Pavement, Concrete Curb & Gutter, and Concrete Flume. 4. Plan sheet 9 revised and attached to this Addendum to modify the traffic control plan guidelines for the project to allow for the closure of Precision in two separate sections.
