Cannot offer more than $10M in limit due to the wind/hail exposure. This is a significant reduction from the $500M in limit we get
from the FM program today. With only 10M in limit, the city would have to purchase an additional 490M in limit to match today's
program. Zurich cannot compete with limits or pricing of current program.
Travelers No
Has capacity to offer full limits, but could not compete with pricing of current program. Indicated an 20 cent rate (per $100 of value),
where our current program has an 11 cent rate.
