Solicitation Schedule: Issue RFP 02/07/2017 Non- Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference: 02/22/2017 Deadline for Submission of RFP 03/07/2017 Tuesday, 11:00 AM A non mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 1:30 pm. The pre-submission conference will consist of a meeting in the Facilities Management Conference Room, 869 South Woodrow Lane, Denton, Texas 76201, to present a project overview then will end with a site visit at the proposed construction site immediately thereafter at approximately 2:30 pm, at the proposed construction site Pecan Creek Water Reclamation Plant, 1100 South Mayhill Road, Denton, Texas 76208. Please allow ample time for parking. The submitted solicitation response shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within one-hundred and twenty (120) days from and after the date of the opening.
