MAINTAIN DRY CONDITIONS SHALL BE CONSIDERED INCIDENTAL TO THE
WORK, AND SHALL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONTRACTOR.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
WITH THE CITY OF DENTON, ALL UTILITIES, AND ALL OTHER AGENCIES WITH
JURISDICTION OVER THE PROJECT.
ALL EXISTING PAVEMENT, ADJACENT UTILITIES, STRUCTURES, ETC.,
DISTURBED AS A RESULT OF THE CONSTRUCTION, SHALL BE REPLACED BY
THE CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.
THE DRAWINGS INDICATE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CONTROL REFERENCE
POINTS ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND
GRADES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK. ANY DISCREPANCIES
FOUND SHALL BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE ENGINEER, OTHERWISE
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CORRECTNESS.

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE LOCATED VISUALLY AND FROM AS-BUILT
RECORDS. THERE WERE NO EXPOSURES OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
CONDUCTED FOR LOCATION.
THE NORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THE LANDFILL ARE FROM 7:00 A.M.
TO 5:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. THE CONTRACTOR WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED TO WORK BEYOND THE LANDFILL NORMAL HOURS OF OPERATION.
THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THE LANDFILL
PREMISES AT THE PROJECT SITE.
RE-USE WATER SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE CONTRACTOR AT NO COST.
IF AT ANY TIME CONSTRUCTION INHIBITS NORMAL LANDFILL TRAFFIC, THEN
IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A FLAGMAN OR
