Addendum #1 to be returned with RFP Proposal
The following are changes to the bid specifications:
Main Document (6354-0)
When turning in your references please make sure the individual references have the same EMC that you are recommending for the City of Denton.
Pricing Sheet (6354-1)
Please use the attached revised Pricing Sheet (6354-1) when turning in your proposal
Specifications (6354-3)
Pixel Pitch: 20mm (ask for pricing on both 20mm and 16 mm)
Color: LED RGB
Color Capability: 281 trillion
Unit: 2 sided-independent units on each side
Horizontal Viewing Angle: 140 degrees
Vertical Viewing Angle: 70 degrees
Power: 120v
Clarification:
Remove and dispose of existing electronic message center (EMC).
New EMC should be
Approximately the same size as current EMC
Radio transmitting technology with cloud based software
Install new EMC within existing can.
Fill in empty can space with black metal
No brick work and no change to rec center name sign

What is included in the warranty? Outside of warrant, what are your service call and hourly labor fee?
How does your cloud work?
We need you to include a user manual and detailed diagram of components and setup?
How does it tie in to what we will use this for?
How does this communicate with the display?
If you have to take the sign into your shop to build or restore the original box what is the turn-around time to have it back and installed and ready to be running again (Turn-around
time)?
Is your company a Texas based company?
