The respondent’s submission shall have accurately described your understanding of the objectives and scope of the requested products and services and provided an outline of your process to implement the requirements of the Scope of Work and Services. It is anticipated that the scope of work will include, at a minimum, the following: The purpose of this contract is to supply the City of Denton Parks Department with irrigation supplies for 3 years. The awarded bidder must be able to provide same day delivery to the job site of in stock items ordered before 10:00am.  Bidders must have at least 10 years’ experience in selling irrigation components commercially.  Bidders must be able to deliver in stock items on the same day for orders taken before 10:00am. Deliveries will be accepted from 8:00am to 3:00pm.  Prices for each item are to include delivery to the job site for both same day and next day.  All items listed must be quoted with the exact item listed, substitutions will not be accepted.  The City of Denton will not accept any damaged or previously used items.
