ECTION 4. The City Council of the City of Denton, Texas hereby expressly delegates the
authority to take any actions that may be required or permitted to be performed by the City of Denton
under IFB 6509 C to the City Manager of the City of Denton, Texas, or his designee.
SECTION 5. That upon acceptance and approval of the above competitive bids, and the
execution of contracts for the public works, and improvements as authorized herein, the City Council
hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds in the manner, and in the amount as specified in such
approved bids, and authorized contracts executed pursuant thereto.
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
approval.
