FILE INFORMATION The original scope for this project included work necessary to complete a Site Plan Submittal and required design work in accordance with the requirements of the City of Denton Planning Department for the Carl Young Restroom Facility located at the Carl Young Park, 327 South Wood Street, Denton, TX. A purchase order was originally issued in the amount of $15,000 then amendment #1 for $17,300. Due to the addition of work required for professional services to design a Water Spray Structure in the base scope, it is necessary to increase the existing Purchase Order 177772 to a not-to- exceed amount of $50,300. PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS) Funding for this project was approved by the Community Development Advisory Committee on March 9, 2015. RECOMMENDATION Award Amendment #2 to the Professional Services Agreement with BLC Architecture, PLLC, for the design of the Water Spray Structure and Restroom Facility at the Carl Young Park in an amount not-to- exceed $50,300.
