Question:
Please clarify how the gallons for the oil and glycol are to be received. For example, all 9-10 trucks at one time or over a period of time?
Answer:
Approximately 10,000 gallons the first day (2 tankers) and then approximately 5,000 gallons a day (1 tanker) until order is filled.
Question:
If we are providing a quote just on the glycol or is for a premixed product with Deionized water?
Answer:
No premix solution will be accepted. The bid is for totes of Glycol only. The supplier must determine the quantity of glycol required to provide freeze protection for 51,590 gallons
of cooling water, and quote that price. Denton Municipal Electric will provide the cooling system water and do the mixing of the glycol.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
