Pre-Bid Meeting Questions/Answers:
Deadline for answers/addenda to be posted on website?
Answer: All Addenda will be posted to website by 5:00 PM CST, Wednesday, January 23rd.
We will take no more questions after Friday, January 18th, 2019 by 5:00 PM CST as advertised in main document page 4 of 17.
Will you be awarding the contract to multiple vendors?
Answer: We are only awarding the contract to 1 vendor.
Minimum qualifications state 3 references from governmental entities but not as sub-consultant. Can you waive the sub-consultant requirement?
Answer: Please see the change in minimum qualifications below.
Would you allow multiple vendors to work together as a joint venture on this contract?
Answer: This is allowable as long as there is one vendor who is submitting the proposal and can provide their registration with the State of Texas and legal company formation/documents.
We must be able to verify authorized signers and registered Texas vendor name for the contract if awarded. We also request one point of contract for orders and invoicing.
If a firm submits qualifications as a joint venture for this contract are they also allowed to submit individually?
Answer: We do not care if you do both as long as its submitted per the qualifications and specifications listed and both entities are registered with State of Texas in business name
with proof.
Changes to specifications:
Minimum Qualifications (page 3 of 17 – Main document) replace Three (3) references from governmental entities for the services requested where
the submitting firm had a direct contact with the governmental entity (not sub-consultant) to:
Three (3) references from governmental entities for the services requested. The City prefers references from municipalities of similar size and scope.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Please acknowledge addendum on Attachment F of the main solicitation document when submitting a proposal.
