The light flux of LEDs reduces over time as the diode ages, just as with many other light sources. This light depreciation is more or less linear across the diode's service life. The luminaire itself can compensate for the light depreciation. This is called Constant Light Output. Does your luminaire or control systems account for constant light output ? If the answer to Q2 was yes, please clearly state how your luminaire accounts for constant light output. If applicable, does your luminaire require the use of your controller/control system or is your luminaire controller/control agnostic? If your luminaire is controller/control agnostic, are there any functions that would be lost if your controller/control system is not used? If your answer to Q5 is yes, please provide a detailed list of the functions that would be lost if your controller/control system is not used. Who manufacturers your luminaire drivers? Where are your luminaires built? Does your luminaire bid include a seven-pin connector for the controller? If your answer to Q9 is yes, does your luminaire utilize all seven-pin connections? How does your luminaire handle "Smart Cities" technology? Please provide detail as to how this is provided. What components of your luminaire are easily field replaceable? Please be as discriptive as possible. Does the manufacturer of the luminaire also manufacturer street light poles? If your answer to Q13 is yes, does the manufacturer supply a pole that is G5 cellular network adaptable? Please provide a list of the other functionality (traffic count, pedestian count, gunshot triangulation, weather, cameras, etc.) that could potentially be used by the City of Denton that your luminaire, controller, and/or control system can provide. This will be referred to as Smart City technology. Will dimming damage the luminaires? Response
