What equipment is needed to set up a Controller? Can Controllers be set up prior to installation or will they need to be set up in the field when they are installed? Can any data collected by Smart City technology be sent directly to user other than DME (i.e. facial recognition sent directly to agency requiring the information) If a third party vendor supplies the collection of data delivered by Smart City functions, does the third party vendor have appropriate controls in place to limit release of data collected to only the parties who have contracted to get it? Does your Controller/control system have a work force management system (WFMS) included with it? What are the additional costs associated with the implementation and maintenance of the WFMS?
