Following are responses to the questions asked by potential vendors:
Q1. On the pricing sheet, are you requesting pricing for preventive
maintenance support agreement which generally include one preventive
maintenance visit per year or full support?
R1. City goal is to have full maintenance support for the instrument which
will include repairs, maintenance, visits when requested and updates.
Q2. Is City going to accept additional items which are not on the pricing
sheet (E.G. additional software?)
R2. Vendors can quote additional items for consideration but pricing must
be provided for all line items mentioned in the price sheet.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Please acknowledge addendum on Attachment F of the
main solicitation document when submitting a proposal.
