Following are responses to the questions asked by potential vendors:
Q1. Would a 20 year term solar plus storage PPA would be of interest to Denton.
R1. Yes, Please refer to the revised Exhibit 2 – General provisions and Revised Exhibit 1 – Pricing sheet.
Q2. Would the City of Denton allow for a) a DC-coupled battery storage solution, and b) Ability of firm to offer a package proposal with a 3rd party partner?
R2. City cannot commit to any particular solution, since this is an RFP vendors are encouraged to submit proposals with options and solutions. Denton is committed to reviewing all proposals
fairly.
