Pricing must be provided as separate services, allowing the City to select and award by section. Offers that do not allow the City to select individual services will not be considered.
Section 5 is an alternate section, which may or may not be selected by the City. This section is for potential package savings. Suppliers are invited to list package options showing
the savings available. The City has the option to award by section or group of sections, whichever is the most advantageous to the City.
