Following are responses to the questions asked by potential vendors.
Q1. As a market participant, does the City of Denton have access to
historical and real-time ERCOT load data by Weather Zone (i.e.,
WZ_Coast, WZ_East, WZ_Far_West, WZ_North, WZ_North_Central,
WZ_South_Central, WZ_Southern, and WZ_West)? If yes, will these
data be made available to the selected forecast vendor as part of the
forecast service?
R1. To the extent available from ERCOT, yes DME possesses this
and will share same with the awarded vendor.
Q2. As a market participant, does the City of Denton have access to
historical and real-time ERCOT load data by Regional Load Zone (i.e.,
LZ_Houston, LZ_North, LZ_South, LZ_West)? If yes, will these data be
made available to the selected forecast vendor as part of the forecast
service?
R2. Same as in response to question 1.
Q3. As a market participant, does the City of Denton have access to
historical and real-time ERSOT wind generation data by Weather
Region (i.e., ERCOT North/West, ERCOT South/Houston, ERCOT
Panhandle, ERCOT Coastal)? If yes, will these data be made available
to the selected forecast vendor as part of the forecast service?
R3. Same as in response to question 1.
Q4. As a market participant, does the City of Denton have access to
historical and real-time ERCOT solar generation data by ERCOT Region
(i.e., North, West, South, Houston, and Panhandle)? If yes, will these
data be made available to the selected forecast vendor as part of the
forecast service?
R4. Same as in response to question 1.
