Qualified prospective suppliers may obtain copies of the proposal with information at

Proposals received later than the specified time and date will be returned unopened.
A Pre-solicitation conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. April 15, 2019 at the City of Denton,
Materials Management Department, 901-B Texas St., Denton, TX, 76209.
The City of Denton, Texas reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal and award to the most
advantageous proposal received.
