Following are responses to the questions asked by potential vendors.
Q1. In the Scope of Work, section 5.1, 5.3 and 5.4 you specify a set of
minimum requirements. For each section can we provide two pricing
information: minimum requirements + full service (specific + minimum)?
R1. Yes, since it is a proposal so above will be acceptable but please
identify your response accordingly in the submission.
Q2. How would the data be delivered (apart from web) over to Denton?
We would send the forecasts through the provider’s SFTP or a
Denton’s SFTP?
R2. This question is part of the RFP response so please submit
accordingly. We are expecting vendors to be the source of proprietary
forecasting. However, for clarification, we require interactive web access
(for data, discussion/text, dynamic graphical display etc.) and the manner in
which raw data is fed. One example would be via ftp.
Q3: How long would be the trial period last?
R3: We require testing within the selection process, to ensure capabilities.
There is no formal trial period.
