Following are responses to the questions asked by potential vendors.
Q1. We provide advance warning of storms and specialized Storm Alerts to
help keep our clients, prepared for severe weather conditions. Our question
is that the mid-term forecast is an 8760 hour forecast"? We can help with
your needs, but actual "Load Forecasting" we do not do and also we do not
do forecasting for "one year? Will our proposal be accepted?
R1. For DME load forecasting services if you do not meet minimum
requirements e.g. short term, mid/long term load forecasting then it
will be considered non-responsive. As it pertains to the Weather
Forecasting service, DME would like for respondents to meet as many
of the requirements as laid out in the RFP.
