7117 Statement of WorkRFP 7117 Dielectric Safety Glove and Sleeve Testing Services and Replacement Technical Specifications/Statement of Work Electric Utility (Dielectric) Safety Glove and Sleeve Testing Service (and replace as needed) Accreditation: Vendor must be a North American Independent Laboratories (NAIL) accredited testing laboratory. Testing Standard: All service must meet ASTM/ANSI standards How Often: Quarterly Transport: Vendor must pick up and deliver all goods at DME’s location at Spencer Road, Denton, TX 76205. Vendor is responsible for shipping container. This should be included as part of the unit price. Rejected items: All items that fail testing must be clearly marked as rejected or failed and returned for customer inspection. Tracking: Every unit must have a unique identifier that must be recorded for shipping and returns. An accounting must be provided for all items at the time of pick up and deliveries. Handling: Delivered Sleeve and Glove Pairs must be bagged and the test date(s) marked on each item. All delivered/returned items must be cleaned with no powder/dust applied. Specification for replacement items due to test failure.
