NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Denton, at the address detailed below, prior to 11:00 A.M. September 12, 2019, and then publicly opened thirty minutes after, for the following:
IFB # 7118–BONNIE BRAE PHII/VINTAGE RD WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS
Qualified prospective bidders may obtain copies of the bid specifications at www.dentonpurchasing.com
Bids received later than the specified time and date will be returned unopened.
A Pre-solicitation conference will be held at 11:00 A.M. August 15, 2019 at the City of Denton, Materials Management Department, 901B Texas St., Denton, TX, 76209.
Each proposal must be accompanied an acceptable bid bond payable without recourse to the City of Denton, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted
as guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond, a payment bond and insurance certificate within ten (10) days after the notification of the
award.
The City of Denton, Texas reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive defects in bids.
Local, minority and small business vendors are encouraged to submit bids.
