will be held at 11:00 A.M.
August 15, 2019 at the City of
Denton, Materials Management
Department, 901B Texas St.,
Denton, TX, 76209.
Each proposal must be
accompanied an acceptable bid
bond payable without recourse
to the City of Denton, Texas in
an amount not less than five
percent (5%) of the proposal
submitted as guarantee that the
proposer will enter into a
contract and execute a
performance bond, a payment
bond and insurance certificate
within ten (10) days after the
notification of the award.
The City of Denton, Texas
reserves the right to reject any
and all bids and to waive defects
in bids.
