Due to the number of changes made to the RFP documents, please note that the submittal deadline was extended to December 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The deadline for questions was extended
to November 21, 2018.
The following RFP documents shall replace the documents that were issued on October 30, 2018:

Please ensure that you are using the attached documents for your submittal.
The following clarification questions, submitted by prospective respondents, are answered below:
Can you please confirm that the term “Contract Start Date” [Exhibit 1 – Pricing Sheet] means the date on which delivery of power commences?
Contract Start Date means the date by which commercial operations has occurred, including Seller has received all local, state and federal governmental approvals and has provided any
security deposits to the City that may be required under the associated PPA.
What is the target date for signing the PPA?
The City has no target date for PPA signing. As noted in the Statement of Work, Denton prefers that energy deliveries start by December 31, 2020.
Can the City of Denton please provide a copy of the offtake contract with NextEra for the Blue Bell solar projects?
A redacted version of the Blue Bell Solar II PPA can be viewed on the City’s website for the May 8, 2018 Denton City Council meeting (http://legistar2.granicus.com/denton-tx/meetings/2018/5/1523_A_Ci
