GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS AND QUESTIONS
1. The stabilization quantities (SY) on Windsor do not equal the paving SYs, but the
stabilization and paving quantities are equal on the other streets. Please confirm
stabilization quantities on Windsor. If correct can you please explain where the extra
paving quantity is supposed to go?
a. The stabilization quantities have been revised to match the paving quantities.
2. Can you please provide a structural detail to construct the ramp over the flume on
Windsor at Bell, on Sheet 43. The ramp detail on page 81 does not specify how to build
that ramp over the flume. In our opinion that ramp should be it's own separate item due to
the difference from the other ramps
a. A detail has been added for the ramp crossing on Sheet 14. The additional
concrete has been added to the flume quantity and the curb ramp quantity has
been reduced.
3.02 CHANGES TO THE BID FORM - SECTION 00 4100
A. Remove and replace with enclosed Section 00 4100
B. Reason for change:
· Revised Windsor Drive Item 13-14: Increased quantity
· Revised Windsor Drive Item 22: Decreased quantity
· Revised Windsor Drive Item 27: Increased quantity
