Qualified prospective bidders may
obtain copies of the bid

Proposals received later than the
specified time and date will be
returned unopened.
A Pre-solicitation conference
will be held at 3:00 P.M.
January 23, 2020 at the City of
Denton Airport, 5000 Airport
Road, Denton, TX, 76207.
Each proposal must be
accompanied an acceptable bid
bond payable without recourse
to the City of Denton, Texas in
an amount not less than five
percent (5%) of the proposal
submitted as guarantee that the
proposer will enter into a
contract and execute a
performance bond, a payment
bond and insurance certificate
within ten (10) days after the
notification of the award.
The City of Denton, Texas
reserves the right to reject any
and all bids and to waive defects
in bids.
Local, minority and small
business vendors are
encouraged to submit bids.
