Dear John,
In appreciation of the City of Fort Worth’s continued business we want to adjust
our bid based on a negotiating conference call we had on July 26th. In order to
provide better value to the city we would like to make the following amendments:
Line item #6: We want to lower our bid from $120 to $110 per hour
Line Item #7: We want to lower our bid from $140 to $120 per hour
Line item #10: We want to raise our percent discount off MSRP from 0% to 3%
We hope that these concessions will allow us to grow our business partnership
and allow us to provide the best parts and service to the City of Fort Worth!
