Question Back filling for graves? New to this criteria- please explain? Are we filling graves, staging soil,
how often? will this be every service visit? Thanks Johnny Sliva Natures Greenery
Answer Sometimes after a burial when it is backfilled the dirt settles causing sink holes and making it
uneven. The contractor can use this dirt that is located at the cemetery. The locations will be
marked and the city will notify the contractor based on an as needed basis. This may be
performed manually or by machinery without damaging existing turf, trees or headstones.

Question On the product pricing sheet, there is a column that says Estimated Delivery ARO (business
days)? Is this the amount of days needed to finish a job? In the Scope of Services packet, it said
that jobs can not be left unfinished, so I assumed that each job much be finished the same day
Answer This is the amount of time that it takes for the contractor to come out and mow if requested. So if
we needed the cemeteries mowed how many days will it take to get out there.
