The City of Denton’s response to Question #13 that was addressed in Addendum #1 has been revised with the following changes:
What are the business continuity and disaster recovery requirements for the proposed solution (Target RPO and RTO)?
Denton’s response: DME is only interested in looking at both alocally installed and hosted solutions. For hosted solutions, respondents should assume We are looking for a target RPO
of 15 minutes, and a target RTO of one (1) hour, and a baseline 97% availability during normal business hours.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
