For clarification, please understand that the Confidentiality Agreement (CA), referenced
in Section 1.6 and Appendix C of the RFP’s Exhibit 3 – Scope of Work and Technical
Specifications, does not need to be submitted prior to submitting a proposal. Please
include the CA in the proposal. If there are any proposed changes to the CA, please
submit the revised CA with your proposal for the City’s review and consideration.
NO OTHER CHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Please acknowledge addendum on Attachment F of the
main solicitation document when submitting a proposal.
