Whereas: "Vendor" and "Sourcewell" have entered into 1) an "Acceptance of Bid and IFB TX01G-101116-GGC" with an
effective date of October 20, 2016, a maturity date of October 19, 2020, and which are subject to annual renewals at the
option of both parties.
