regarding our pricing for labor services .
In you r case we have agreed upon special labor rates as per RFP
#5313. These rates are listed below and mainly apply to repair
services we may render for you. Rates are valid for Denton only.
Normal working hours Service Labor Rates are as follows :

Emergency Service Labor Rates are as follows:

Most of our installation labor work is bid as a fixed labor
estimate based upon our past experience. This labor estimate is
comprised of several types of labor to complete the work. This
includes field installation labor, engineering and design, computer
software support, etc. Since this labor requires various levels of
skilled technical labor, several rates apply to its make -up. Each
installation wi ll have a different mix of this labor.
Should you require a better understanding of our billable rates,
we can offer the following information.
Installation labor Rates:
Monday through Friday $ 95 .00 Man \Hour
7:30AM -5:00P M
“T his rate applies to ‘time and materials’ work only .”
Engineering and Design labor Rates:
Monday through Friday $ 200.00 Man \Hour
7:30AM -5:00PM
Computer Software support labor Rates:
Monday through Friday $ 150.00 Man \Hour
7:30AM -5:00PM
Materials are priced separately also.
Remember, these reduced rates are valid only for the City of
Denton. We greatly value your business and have extended re duced
