Thank you for the opportunity to assist the City of Denton with the 2020-21 Cyber policy renewal.
Due to the increase in exposures, the Cyber coverage saw a significant rate increase this year.
However, the incumbent, Brit, provided us with several limit and retention options that were
presented to the City. Ultimately, it was decided to move forward with the presented $3M limit with
a retention of $50k as that appeared to be the best option.
Lockton recommends the City renew its Cyber Insurance with Brit for a total annual premium of
$59,850, including taxes and fees.
