Manufacturer shall deliver as specified below. The scope of work shall be finalized upon the selection of the Firm. The respondent’s submission shall have accurately described your understanding of the objectives and scope of the requested products and services and provided an outline of your process to implement the requirements of the Scope of Work and Services. It is anticipated that the scope of work will include, at a minimum, the following: Purpose: Due to the pending Cell 4 construction and the current Public Disposal Area (PDA) sitting in the middle of where Cell 4 will be constructed and the new Public Disposal Facility (PDF) re- location/construction taking longer than expected in the planning stages, is forcing us to re-locate the PDA into the concrete parking lot on the east side of the Solid Waste Office building. Moving the PDA into the parking lot will not allow us to erect permanent litter control fencing or even temporary litter control fencing that would be able to handle the amount of windblown letter the PDA generates. Our temporary fencing that we utilize is only 6’in height, this would not contain the windblown litter generated from the site. By purchasing the Portable Litter Control Fencing it would allow us to have 16’ tall 40’ long portable sections easily placed around the temporary PDA with machinery. After the new PDF facility is completed, we will then utilize the Portable Litter Control Fencing around the active landfill working face.
